Junk! Would not spend the money!

These radios did not last past one job. They stopped working and would not hold a charge. You get what you pay for and this product certainly is the epitome of that saying. I would give it zero stars but the lowest I can go is one. I would NOT recommend this product at all!

Recommended buy if you don't mind some loss in quality of AM radio reception.

This antenna is something that you would install if you just want to get rid of the nasty looking stock antenna that comes with your vehicle. It is not something you install to make any improvements on AM / FM radio reception. You can hear some static on AM stations if you're far enough away from the transmitter as compared to the stock antenna which produces no static from the same location. I usually listen to satellite radio anyway so it's not so important to me to hear a little static every now and then when I do listen to AM radio. As far as FM goes, I have not tried it because I do listen to satellite radio. The product does look great and is very easy to install and remove when needed. For the price, looks and functionality (at least what I use it for), it's worth the buy! I would recommend this product.

Awesome product! Looks cool and works as advertised!

This was my first truck improvement product purchase made. Before the installation of this product, I could not hear my turbocharger working the way I hear it now. This product has improved the MPG and HP on my truck as advertised. I gained 2 to 3 MPG and I felt an increase on HP. I went from a combined city and highway MPG average of 18.5 to 21! I don't have a dyno but I can definitely feel the increase in HP! The installation was relatively easy. I'm very happy with this purchase. Before writing this review, I have installed an aFe Scorcher Blue. This cold air intake plus the performance module installed has given my truck new life! I definitely recommend both products. At the very least, the cold air intake. That alone woke up my truck! Also, the product looks awesome!
