Excellent Product, but poor quality screws

I purchased two of these initially, and was so pleased that I have just purchased another. There was one issue though....the screws that were supplied were of such poor quality that the Phillips heads on the screws deteriorates when they are torqued up hard. I threw them out and used good quality screws instead. Don't let this put you off though, the actual product was great.
