Almost perfect.
The lamp looks exactly like the original , but the mounting stud is larger than the original. The ground wire eye on the tractor is too small to fit the stud. A new larger eye needs to be assembled to the ground wire, then it's ready to go.

Quail Call Trial

Good performance
This motherboard was purchased as a exact replacement for an original. This board is performing as expected but the original failed for no specific reason. Not sure about the reliability, but not comfortable with a different replacement. So far so good.
These comments are no reflection on the seller. As this motherboard was manufactured by Dell, it is their reliability that is in question.
