Advertised as a Dutch Oven
This product is not a “Dutch Oven” it is a stainless steel wok. Really it should get zero stars because a Wok is not a Dutch oven. But, I can find another use for it though not my intended use.

Excellent on Salmon
I use this regularly on Salmon. With an extra squeeze of lemon juice at the end, this makes an awesome grilled filet.
