Was provided shipping the same day and it took only 5 days to get and seller shipped the laptop so secure with a lot of bubble wrap and wrote fragile everywhere. Easy communication and will definitely recommend and buy again. Everything came as described im a happy customer and for the price their selling it for I got more then expected. When the package wasn't dispatched, I tried contacting them multiple times, but got no response. As there was no response I got eBay to inquire about this and after 15 days, they canceled. I’m They list unavailable models, ignoring messages, causing missed opportunities. Their website also listed the model, but I'm glad I ordered through eBay; otherwise, I might not have received a refund.

I'd respectfully suggest packing material be placed above, below and around the shipped item, not just on the top, there wasn't any packing material in the bottom of the box. Thankfully, model arrived undamaged.

The items were not shipped for over two weeks. Communication was poor. Only after I opened up a non-delivered item case with EBay did I get any response. Discounts offered for future purchase, but I will not buy again from this seller. They did provide combined shipping which was a plus. Once received, the items were in good condition as described.
