Self Contained anti freeze-up device

First of all, these devices will save you time and money trying to cobble something together or relying on iffy thermostats on heater fans. It has a thermo switch inside that connects the power from the back (where you plug it in) to the front two outlets IF the temperature reaches 33F and will remain on until the temperature rises to 43F at which point it shuts off. You can run a heater fan, some heat tape, heat lamps, a water heater coil to keep drinking water tubs liquid and so forth. The extra outlet could go to a light on the outside of your animal shed so you'd know at a glance that things got a bit chilly in there and you may want to go and check. My one beef with this thing and it was likely just a bad build was the ground tab on the back broke off in the outlet I had it plugged into. Since the devices I'm using are not grounded it's not a big deal but be gentle with the prongs or you may suffer the same fate.
