Lightweight & convenient but double up on straps and wear gloves

They are extremely inexpensive and you get what you pay for. I guess i have 2 main disappointments: 1. Handles irritate your hands: The handles are vinyl strap around the handles and the rub against the outsides of your hands and irritate them. I never experienced that with these kinds of handles at the gym. 2. Resistance rating in lbs is way off: The only real disappointment is the resistance rating in lbs isn't close to accurate. Luckily i bought 2 sets to double up and still pay less than other products
