It's movie time!
Pops up larger and has a better texture and consistency than what I've been buying at Walmart. High quality product. I would highly recommend this popcorn!

Takes a licking and keeps on ticking!
I've had a Tram 1481 at about a hundred feet above ground at the top of a pine tree for over 14 years, now. It's STILL going strong! It's been through heavy ice and thunderstorms that bend the trees and it's unscathed! It was recommended to me by some of my buddies on 146.475 simplex in my area and it greatly outperforms my previous antenna (the model name/number escapes me - it was a forgettable antenna, anyway). Paying a guy who cuts down trees for a living $150 to put it up in a tree beside my house was one of the best ham radio investments I ever made. It was easy to assemble, lightweight, and an excellent performer! I highly recommend this antenna!

Ridiculously complicated, terrible documentation, unwanted features...
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this item because I had purchased the original Kill-A-Watt meter many years ago and the old one was damaged. I assumed, incorrectly, that over time the product would be refined and improved. Rather than preserve the original simple and useful functionality, they have instead decided that we desperately want lots of new features that are not at all intuitive and poorly documented. Well, I don't - and, I doubt you do, either.
If your purpose for purchasing this item is to simply measure power usage of a device over time, don't buy it. Wading through all the unnecessary, unrequested, and mysterious and horribly documented "features" will make you crazy.
Particularly annoying, is the extremely sensitive hard kill switch on the top of it. The slightest touch will turn off whatever device you were measuring. Why did they decide that people who want to measure the power usage of their devices also want to be able to accidentally turn them off? And, why on earth would they employ a motion detector? What?
If the documentation weren't so horrible, some of these mysteries might be solved. But, I've already stopped caring about how this thing works. I wanted - and, needed - something simple and useful. This isn't either of those things. I threw away $35.00 on this whatever it is.
