Works Well
Does what it should. It will not "Suck Down" current, it is not a conventional linear supply. With no load the output decays slowly as you turn down the voltage. I constant current load internally would help. But all in all it seems like a good supply. Getting 100V at 3 amps is hard to find and the price was very reasonable.
