Does the job!
Not much to say, which is a GOOD thing for a cable. Drivers install quickly, cable connects up, and the Motorola configuration software instantly sees and communicates with a CP200 radio. Buy with confidence!

If you have a ThinkPad X200 series, just buy this dock. Seriously.
The X200 series is designed for people who Get Things Done. In my case, my X270 travels with me AND is an extra workstation in the lab at home. With my previous laptop, coming home meant plugging in power, three USB's, HDMI, and Ethernet just to integrate it back into the lab environment. Now I just drop the X270 on the dock and everything connects instantly. When I need to leave, I just pick up the laptop and walk away.
This is the second laptop I've had that had an optional dock. I'd forgotten how useful they are. I expect the new X270 to last a long time but when the time comes to replace it, the availability of a dock is going to be near the top of my requirements.
To be fair: The dock isn't perfect. For example, there appears to be an LED in the dock's power button but it never comes on even when I use that button to power up the docked laptop. Since it's possible to run the laptop in the dock with the laptop still "closed", it would be nice if this LED came on.
Another minor gripe is that there's no ongoing indication that the laptop has been electrically connected successfully. The little LED in the X270's lid flashes three times when it's first connected to power, but if you don't catch that there is no indication. The dock's power button LED (mentioned above) could also indicate this without a lot of effort.
Finally, if the X270's screen is open while on the dock, the balance shifts rearward and the front of the keyboard can lift off the table. This means the whole laptop can "rock" a bit when you're typing on it. This is easily handled by putting something thin under the keyboard but it also could have been handled by a slight redesign of the bottom of the dock.
Note that none of the above issues is a *serious* problem. I'm writing an honest review, so I'm including the bad with the good. Fortunately in this case the "bad" ain't so bad.
The bottom line is the same as the top line: If you have a ThinkPad X200 series, just buy this dock. It seems like a small thing but it's actually a really big advantage!

Great gauge at a great price!
Well made, works as described, and has good resolution (to 1 PSI). Absolute accuracy is unknown since I don't have a calibrated pressure gauge against which to compare it, but repeatability seems very good.
