Good quality mask, but didn't work for me
1 of 1 found this helpful Like other Respironics products, this is a well made product. But, for me it simply didn't work. Regardless of how tight I made the straps, it still shifted around on my face and leaked air badly. I tried both the medium and large sizes, and neither worked. The other problem I experienced was the the cushion "puckered" at the corners of my mouth and was very annoying.
So, back to my Respironics under the nose cushion. I wanted to try the Full Cushion mask because I'm still experiencing some "dry mouth" during the night. Was hoping that the Full Cushion in combo with the humidifier function of my CPAP machine would prevent this.
I'm sure this product will work well for many people, so I won't say "don't buy", but be aware that it may take some more effort than I was willing to give it.

Very happy with the saw.
I was very happy with the saw when I received it. I was really surprised that it looked almost new. There are a few very light scuff marks here and there, but other than that it was in great shape. The bar and chain appear to be new. Filled it up with gas and only took 3 pulls to start. Runs like a champ. I didn't have adjust the idle or fuel mixture. Lots of power. This was a great value for the money. The saw arrived earlier than expected which was also a pleasant surprise. I haven't had any reason to contact customer support, but from what I read they are really good. And it's very nice having a 2-year warranty. If you're going to buy a Husqvarna Rancher 460 I would definitely recommend buying this saw and saving some money.

Good product, but documentation leaves a little to be desired.
The controller works well and is fairly straightforward in terms of inputs/outputs, connections, etc. But the documentation is a little lacking. Once you get the hang of working through the menus with the push buttons it's fairly easy after that. I tried one of the functions and it did not operate according to the documentation. But again, I think it's more about the documentation than the device itself. If you're looking for a decent reverse controller, with timers, for a project (Halloween prop for me), then for the money it's a pretty good deal.
