I clean every item I sell before shipping. I use Clorox wipes. I typically ship all books in mylar bags and tape both ways to make sure it is secured. If you purchase a book lot, I may ship the items in a box. I care about your eBay buying experience. If there is ever a problem with an order I will offer you a 100% refund and send you a shipping label to return the items for free.

    Books were listed as new. Picture shows that they were not still in shrink wrap as the description said. They were packaged in a thin plastic bag. When opened the box was ripped apart and no longer held the books. I was getting the books back in a stack i felt a gritty gross substance on the back of a few of them. I turned them over and something was spilled or a cat puked on them. I tried to work this out with the seller but she refused to take responsibility. I threw away $58.32

    You reached out to me after receiving the 20 books in the book case and was upset because the items were not shrink wrapped. I told you that was an AI oversight and apologized.. I offered you to return the books for a full refund and you did not want to return the books. You never said anything about the books being dirty or having cat puke on them. I don’t even have a cat.. All you said you wanted was for me to send you money and I’m definitely not doing that.
