Fujikura shaft stiffness
I think the shaft is a little stiff for a senior shaft as related to Fujikura senior shafts.

The best and only sovent to use
I am 91 and have been assembling golf clubs for many years. I have tried several other grip solvents. Most have not allowed me to fully install the grip. Brampton HF 100 is the only solvent I've found to allow me to EASILY slip on the grip regardless of the type of tape used. I will now use only this solvent. It is odorless, can be reused, and is easy to clean-up.
