Great deal
Worked great, drilled quickly through my garage floor, for half of what it would have cost to buy similar product at Home Depot.

Well-made, robust, pricey
I used the Max-Lok connection adapter to connect 23" x 1 1/2 and 36" x 1 1/4 masonry bits to a 63" extension for drilling under a 7' porch. The setup ripped through 3 concrete foundation walls with ease. Just remember not to drill too deep all at once if dirt is involved, as things tend to get stuck with the extension. Dirt and debris would pile up behind the coupling against the foundation walls, so I had to pull/hammer hard to get it out. It took the abuse with nary a scratch, let alone any damage. Backing the rig out repeatedly so the bit could eject the dirt made things run smoothly.

Better than the original
Replaced my 2-button 3 channel remote with this when the original buttons broke. This is at least as good with the added convenience of a dedicated button for the 3rd channel. (I'm not using the 4th channel.)
