Good workout
I didn't like this workout at first because some of the steps go in a different direction than I was used to but I gave it another chance and it gets better the more I do it. Emily is always a good instructor. Her cues are on time and this type of workout can be more challenging with more weights. I end up sweating and feeling good at the end.

about the LG Lotus
It's a great phone to own. It does everything I need it to do and more. The phone is slim and the battery lasts a long time. It takes good pictures and plays my music. I'm happy with it.

Good lanyard to have
If you love neon green in a lanyard then this is for you. It's bright and cheery to wear. I like the breakaway part so that i can put my keys in the ignition but then clip them back on when I'm not using them. My only complaint is the connection gets caught in my hair. I prefer a solid neck part to just slip over my head but since i wear a lot of polo shirts I put the connection under the collar and it's ok.
