1 of 1 found this helpful All the parts were included in my order, including the 3 extra replacement rivets. I found the fit of the aluminum lever to be slightly off, and I had to manually bore out the hole to make it easier to fit into the pivot. Before I tried that, I spent a couple of hours trying to make it fit, until giving up and just boring out a larger hole. In the photo, you can see some deformation in the lever as I tried to remove it in order to bore out the hole.
Although the spring that came with this kit was slightly stronger than OEM, it needs to be stronger still. After installing, I noticed that the lever wouldn't always lock into place. I ended up padding the spring with a folded paper towel bit to make it slightly springier.
To make it easier to attach the spring, I super-glued one end to the lever, so it would stick with the lever while I slotted it in place.
