  Unfortunately I didn't receive this item as it seems like I fell victim to a poor postal service and it was delivered and signed for elsewhere. Seller communicated well but as it was signed for the seller confirmed that that was the end of their responsibility

  It is very disappointing to receive this feedback as the postal issue experienced by the buyer was completely out of my control and was communicated as such. Indeed the item was posted using a signed for service at additional cost to me, it is very unfortunate that seemingly the item didn't arrive at the designated address yet tracking records indicate it was signed for at the postal address location provided by the seller. Seems unfair to allocate less than positive feedback in this case.
