You get what you pay for

Carbon in this filter must be non existent. Our water smells like it does when we don't have a filter. I should have know it was to good to be true when you pay $109 for 6 filters. I've been paying at least twice that much. I guess the old adage you get what you pay for holds true in this case.

Took it to sprint and they couldn't get it to connect to the network. They said the hardware was faulty.
