9 of 9 found this helpful The product did a good job of whitening even on the first try. What you expect on the first treatment? Areas of white but not the whole teeth. But the most important step is to do the molding correctly. I would microwave a clear container with water than in a pot. This allows you to see when the molding is soft. And it will have to be soft and clear. Then MAKE SURE that the molding on all sides are wrapped AROUND the teeth before you bite down... I messed up and the side got stuck to the bottom, once that happen you need to buy another mold tray. After you get it around the teeth, bite down then suck on it. Then open your mouth and push the side of the tray against your teeth. DO THE WHOLE PROCESS ONCE otherwise repeated step won't make a good fit. Put a LINE, not just a drop on the teeth impressions on the tray.

the spray is more of a squirt but works. takes long to spray a while pan. very long shipping under free shipping.
