  I purchased 2 Shadowwood pattern plates from this seller & she was wonderful to deal with. Following my purchase she offered more plates in the same pattern that had only tiny defects, for free, if I wanted them and they didn't affect shipping too badly. I said I would like them and thanked her for offering them to me. Today 4 plates arrived in perfect condition! Her packing job was THE BEST I've ever received on a mail order! Great job!! I'm very happy with this seller and highly recommend her!

  I saw this when seller was on vacation. He notified me that he was on vacation and that he would check on my questions when he got back. I never did hear back again from him. and I assumed (my bad) that it was okay. I had asked if there was any chips cracks because it was hard to see in the pictures posted.

  Again, I am sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, you purchased the item prior to my return from vacation. I mistakenly assumed you had read the entire item description detailing the 1 flea-bite on the vintage glass statue. I would be more than happy to accept a return, as it was sold FAR below actual value.

  Returned item and was not reimbursed for the original shipping cost. Item looked nothing like the picture. I also find it hard to believe that there are so many bidders on any single item in this store even after the immediate posting of an item. Almost as if the bidding is artifical in order to inflate the price.

  Hey, I am sorry you encountered a terrible transaction. However I do believe that you may have left this in error. This item has not been returned or refunded. I do not generally accept refunds, and when I do, I refund the entire amount. Not only do I pride myself on 100% feedback, I also have very few items listed as an auction. Most are buy-it now. As was this item, in which I also accepted your offer.

  This feedback is for a different seller and a different item. I don't know how ebay created this confusion! This is unacceptable! This seller is awesome and I purchased an amazing sandalwood bracelet from her! I highly recommend her!
