Defective. Corner blew out. Toner spewed everywhere.

Defective: Pulling the tab to activate the cartridge, the corner plastic blew out, spewing toner everywhere.

Beware import from QuickBooks Pro not working (certificate invalid - even though it's all made by Intuit)

Couldn't install via network-mounted DVD (that's on TurboTax). Had to copy complete DVD to local drive (also on TurboTax). Import from QuickBooks Pro did not work: certificate invalid (also on TurboTax). Fortunately, I got hold of a TurboTax rep who graciously accorded a downloadable installation, after I read code to her from DVD. This fixed the QuickBooks import problem. Despite a fair amount of angst, in the end was able to get corporate 1120 completed in time. Dunno how the seller could've known any of this, so don't fault the seller.
