  The seller sent me the wrong item and refuses at this point, to send me a return shipping label so I can return the item. I’ve contacted them multiple times and they refused to answer.   The B&O speaker is tremendous— great sound, portable, and an excellent travel companion. The description was of a new speaker, which was clearly used, and, as the pictures show, it is red and gold, not black anthracite.
