  Poor communication from seller, however item arrived as described. Sent 3 separate messages via eBay with no response from the seller. I was provided a tracking number which never showed up on any tracking website and no direction provided as to who the carrier was. Compounded with no response from the seller, I was at the point where I had lodged a request with eBay for Buyer Protection. Item eventually showed up, and works perfectly -- this is very nearly a negative review. Trade with caution.

  A parcel that should be sent to New Zealand and the customer is already stressing after 2 weeks! It takes time from Germany to New Zealand!
