I exspected it to be steel, it is sized correct, oem aftermarket products vary at times.

It's been an original for more than 40yrs
I think it does work fine To enhance the strength of sent more to the colon level would be nice.

Did not think I'd find that part unused the original was cut almost into the drum bore it took a day or two to find your offer. You have helped me make the restoration on that saw that much closer to it's original condtion. Close to 50yrs it's been in the family. I ran the saw, and made some cuts with it run's good again.Thank you for your time.
