Curt Class 3 hitch for RX350
I order the first hitch using the specs for my car. The order arrived and the hitch did not fit. I did some more research and found out that I received the wrong hitch. I wrote the place that sent it and they said it was my fault and charged me a restocking fee. I didn't agree because how could or why would I put in the wrong year for my car? I ordered the new one and it showed up 2 days before we were leaving, that was good. I was only 6 bolts to install but was still a process because I had to get a tap to clean out the threads. Once installed it worked great and I'm very happy with the product but not so much with the ordering process.
