Promising book that, in the end, answers very little.

For a book in the Question and Answers format, this book does very little of the latter. In fact, it fudges on most of the former, giving a lot of "rather than ask A, perhaps it is better to ask B," and then going on to not really answer B either. On the positive side, it is an easy read, and the Q&A format always lends itself to that. It is also a good study in trying to not play one's hand so as not to offend anyone while seeming to suggest that a point is being made. If I didn't know better, I would think the book was written by a politician.

Better than expected and arrived earlier than expected.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this watch, but what I wasn't expecting was to like it so much. It seems just perfect: looks good, works well, and has a nice retro yet modern look. Best of all, it is a diver that looks like a diver. At any rate, I have worn the watch every day since it arrived, and although I had fully intended to replace the band on it with a NATO band, it turns out that the band that came with this particular watch was quite nice, and so it stays.. Oh, and it arrived from the seller ahead of the promised date, so all the better.
