Works great!
I use this splitter to go from a device that plugs into a USB port and goes into separate mic and headphone female jacks. This splitter allows me to go from those separate mic and headphone jacks into a single headset jack where L and R audio and video are all in one plug. Works great!

High quality unit with one missing feature
This volume control has a high quality, solid feel to it. There is no discernable diminishment in sound quality between my computer DAC and Parasound amp, and zero noise when rotating the knob. My only gripe is there is no visual indicator of the volume level / knob position. I will probably add a small "line" of white tape for that purpose. Overall a really good unit.

Works great!
I was getting crackling coming out of the single headset jack on my computer, AND coming from the separate mic and headphone jacks also, when using my headset with skype or zoom. It was very frustrating. So I tried this device, and along with another device with male mic and headphone plugs to go into a female single headset jack which I plug my headset into, it now works great and sounds clear and smooth.
