Well-packed and sealed
Just like the one that I had gotten at Trader Joe's, when they sold this for a short time. I couldn't get more at TJ's, but picked up several here, and now I've got my major heat hit happening for a while. Price was reasonable, delivery fast, packaging excellent.
If you like very hot red chiles, somewhat smoky, and in a convenient grinder, these are the deal. (If you don't like extra-hot chiles, this is not for you.) At any rate, start with a tiny grind: it's easy to overdo it, though the grinder works well for small doses.
