You be the judge
This book was recommended to me by a dietitian in a pre-diabetic class I took. In my opinion it was not something that would help me.

Waste of money
On high heat this barely gets warm. Putting on another pair of socks would be better.

Good Value
I love the illuminated surface. I've used it with diamond painting crafts and it makes the numbers and symbols so much easier to see. I'm looking forward to using it with my Cricut designs as well. It is light weight and will be so easy to bring along on trips. I am a little bit concerned that the plug receptacle, where the the GFI charging cord attaches to the light pad seems extremely delicate.
