Drying hair out instead of moisturizing

I love Joico shampoo & conditioner. This is second time I have purchased the K-pak. I know this sounds crazy, but it actually dries my hair out. I tried it awhile back and said I would never buy it again. Well, i did bc I love other products so well, I thought maybe I hot a bad bottle or something. Nope. Same outcome. For some reason, my hair does not respond well to the K-pak. I will not waste anymore money on it.
