Complete and relative inexpensive Garmin for US and Europe

I bought this 810 to replace an older 810 which had, after several years, had developed a need for a battery replacement. After charging this up, I swapped the SD card out of the old one into this one, and I was good to go. I noticed some subtle improvements over my old one, like a ride summary up front after saving the ride. I also liked the fact that the Garmin 810 came with a complete set of plug adapters (Europe, US, etc?) for USB re-charging.
