Excellent value. Some minor drawbacks.
I bought this fridge freezer as I was remodeling my kitchen and was working to a fairly tight budget. From this perspective the Candy CSC 1745 fitted the bill perfectly. I wanted a reasonably priced upright fridge freezer that did not exceed 500mm width or 1700mm height. Bingo!!
The unit runs from a single compressor housed in the base of the unit which provides cooling for both the fridge compartment (upper) and the freezer compartment (lower).
The fridge section is basically a larder fridge and has no ice cube compartment, but neither does the freezer section. This might have been a useful consideration.
Both the fridge and freezer sections give ample storage (based on a family of 4).
The thermostat setting is governed by a dial in the upper (fridge) compartment and I found that I had to set the level quite high to achieve a nominal 3-5 degrees C. But achieve it it does and the freezer section I have no problems with.
The unit is attractive and well laid out with a central overhead light in the fridge section and glass shelves which helps to illuminate the entire compartment.
Door handles are positioned in the space between the upper (fridge) and lower (freezer) compartments, in a horizontal access orientation. This is slightly counter intuitive and the temptation to grab the edge of the door to open it instead of the handle port is persistent.
For the price paid, This unit represents excellent value and good efficiency.

Great value spray lacquer....just take your time!!

The key is "mist" spray multiple layers, with a light rub down between each (just using your fingertips - no sand paper! - then a brief cold water rinse). - then let dry before next coat
It settles and adheres well when the surface is dry and the gloss level builds well.
Try to do it at one go, to get a high gloss finish - and you will fail !!!
Gentle Mist coats and the finish will be amazing!!!

You can't fault the value or the power!!
Like many households, we use a lot of batteries in a lot of different devices!!!
Many devices now require quite high current delivery (Try putting old zinc carbon batteries into your camcorder and see how long it lasts!!!), These batteries deliver high current for a reasonable sustainable time at a good price. I have bought multiple batches and will continue to do so.
