  Fragile item damaged due to careless packaging. The item is a hard to find audiobook; a cardboard slip-case with an attractive cover art containing three CD's. No other seller online on any platform has this item listed, which the seller even made a point to mention. Given that, It was packaged in a simple manilla envelope with one layer bubble wrap. Obviously, the cardboard slip-casewith the attractive art was completely crushed during the shipping process.

  I used my standard packaging, which has been successful more than 1,500 times. Buyer did not ever contact me or offer me any chance to address the issue before posting feedback.
