Worth watching
It is a great escapist movie from the bumbling incompetence of the President.

A great film may not be true history.
This is a classic of American cinematic achievement that everyone should see. However it is NOT a true picture of South in terms of slavery, Reconstruction and post 1877 Jim Crow laws.
