Cheap Toy Quality, Way Too Expensive.
After opening the box I pulled the item out and removed all of the inner liners because I was installing this on a 50mm scope. After getting it lined up with the scope and my eye, I began tightening the Allen screws alternately a little a time like you are supposed to.
The quality of plastic used in the mounting ring it's nothing less than cheap toy material. After applying the appropriate amount of pressure to ensure that the rubber eye piece does not fall off, I noticed that one of the housing brackets for one of the Allen screws was 75% broken off of the bracket ring.
I ended up removing the rubber tube from the entire bracket manifold and I used a pair of needle-nose pliers to not so gently Force the rubber tube over my Scopes eyepiece.
Definitely not worth $15. Maybe $5.

Fluorescent!
Good product. The markers were a pain to prime, but the colors light up nicely under a blacklight.
