Everything was good except the volume. I have no pictures of the item, but the horses worked well

It was not disclosed in the sales pitch, but the volume was bad on the Calliope. It would work good on the low setting it would work good on the highest setting, but in between you got nothing but static I was surprised that someone was such a good record would not have mentioned the problem with the volume of the Calliope. I'm not asking to have it returned. I am just surprised that it was not mentioned.
