Good Features For The Price
1 of 1 found this helpful This unit was purchased on Ebay, refurbished, and it works just fine. I got the Polaroid because the comparable RCA that I bought at Wal-Mart had a few bugs, and when I returned it to RCA they sent me a completely different unit without hard drive. These two are the only DVD recorders with hard drive that I know of under $200. Overall I am very pleased with the performance of the Polaroid. The main attraction for me is the 'time-shift' feature that lets you pause and rewind live TV just like Tivo. The hard drive records the last hour of live TV, so you can rewind the program up to 60 minutes. This comes in handy when you want to pause a program for some reason or if you want to see a replay of something you missed. The remote control is alright for me, with some keys being very ergonomic and intuitive while others are not. The fast forward and chapter skip buttons for watching DVDs for example, are tiny buttons one on top of the other, not side by side. In other words, the fast forward button is below the reverse button not to the right of it like on every other remote known to mankind. The 'time-shift' forward and reverse buttons are normally placed to the left and right of a center 'OK' button. One thing that comes in handy is the volume control on the remote which will allow you to turn down the volume if you have the unit connected to a home theater system. The unit is very noisy when booting up, but then quiets down after about 30 seconds depending I think on the amount of data stored in the hard drive. It is a very thin, low-profile unit and the digital display on the front is a soothing pale green. I have had the Polaroid for four months and have had no problems with it.

Mainstream Woody-Spicy Masculine Fragrance
1 of 1 found this helpful Upon first spray this smells exactly like Avon's U by Ungaro and I was not surprised to find out they were made by the same duo of "noses", Yves Cassar and Pascal Gaurin, at International Flavors & Fragrances. Notwithstanding, the two are responsible for many other notable fragrances from the houses Estee Lauder, Calvin Klein, and Giorgio Armani. This is the kind of fragrance that lasts all day and that women will compliment you on. It is the kind of fragrance that you wear to club, where fragrances will be in competition with each other. It is NOT the kind of fragrance to wear to the office or to church or to a wine tasting for that matter. It starts of spicy: Saffron and Ginger are what is listed online. The middle notes are orris and cardamom, although I have never had a previous experience with either. The base, what remains after eight hours, is cedarwood, driftwood, musk, and vetiver. Personally I can't make any of those out. To me the best way to describe it is "bright" and slightly "marine" like Cool Water. For the price it is a good all-around cologne.

Amazing Intuitive Suction Mount
5 of 5 found this helpful This is a very well made and sturdy mount with adjustable tension articulating joints in three places. The phone cradle is spring tension but is fine for quick release. The cradle grabs the phone hands free simply by pressing the phone into the holder; the back of your phone presses a button and the wings snap closed. Opening is also easy with a two button squeeze on either side. The wings open and stay open until next time. Suction cup has tacky, sticky material on it to help stay attached. Size is fine for a Moto e4 plus without a case. May be a tight fit for phones like mine with a bulky armor case.
