It's OK when it works, but It could be better.
Pro's good product while it works, I have had four of these, and they usually last about a year to year and half. The other good pro about it it is cheaper than the other brand that is just like this one.
Con's the eccentric drive gear has moved on the drive shaft letting it stop from working. I have had to take them all apart and make a repair to eliminate that happen.
The last Con is the battery don't last long enough, they become weak after 1 1/2 to 2 year of use.
I use mine ever night to help put me to sleep, after about 30 min of massaging my lower back that has steel rods, this mighty bliss does the job. If it only lasted longer on the battery. The above use is all I use it for, So I think it should last much longer.

Don't work for me.
Don't do what the info. for the product says it will do. Bottom line did nothing for me.

More research
More research would help in this light, It has good lighting for about 20' diameter and then fades away, I have it 10ft from ground on side of building, It might be better If I had more height, but the logic of that I would have to have a taller building.
I think if this light had a way to redirect some of the very bright led light to a larger diameter would help. Also it would help If those spec. had been included in the description when I bought this light. It does not have the brightness outside the 20' diameter that your description says it has. If you had a light that would provide that needed larger area that I have explained above, I would more that glad to trade this one back in on it? I have no problem with the seller. Just the manufactory.
