A very nice functional budget friendly bread knife
The serrations on this bread knife are perfectly spaced and not too deep so it cuts bread very cleanly. I use this knife daily at work cutting hoagie rolls down the middle and what I call the space shuttle cut where you start a vixon the top in the middle the cut left turn right and the hoagie roll opens like a Space shuttle. Having to do that cut is why I bought my own personal bread knife to use at work. Hitting 2 or 3 times a week with a ceramic rod it maintains a very sharp edge. Definitely recommend this knife!

A great sharpening asset
This sharpener works very well for keeping a edge. Much more abrasive than a sharpening steel though. You can really feel it grip as you use it. I bought this to help me sharpen my recurve blades and it works well. I also brought it into work as a cook and it was VERY useful in the kitchen environment.

They don't unnecessarily use food coloring! Fish love it!
Was very happy to find some Fish Flakes that do not unnecessarily use food coloring.
