I use a collins refill every year!!
I use a collins refill every year, the diary is small enough to fit in a small bag and yet there is enough space to write daily details. The paper is good quality and can withstand pencil comments being rubbed out. I re-use the address section most years which means that I don't have to keep re-writing stuff every year.

TePe angle brush - great interdental brushes
These angled brushes are a lot easier to use than the smaller ones you find in the shops. They do a better job than dental floss and are easier to use. They last quite some time as well. Only person disapointed is my dentist, he doesn't have any work to do!!
