Never Used Complete OTICON Model TVA3 TV Adapter 3.0 for Your Hearing Aids

Great support and stands behind his products!

I ran into problems initially with getting my hearing aids to pair successfully with the adapter. I communicated with Norm regularly about my challenges. He researched articles online to try and help. Oticon customer support was VERY slow to respond. When I came to the conclusion I was going to return the adapter. Norm stood behind his product. Then I belatedly decided to work with the tv settings and found the solution. I was very impressed by how responsive and supportive was throughout the process which ulnas nothing to do with the adapter
