I am devastated I purchased the item and the advert stated arrival time by Saturday 20th July … I’ve contacted the seller today Monday 21st July and stated the item hasn’t arrived . The seller was professional and act quickly to response and said he will issue a refund however I won’t be abele to purchase from his company again . How is this fair . I’m disgusted . This product takes over 5days to arrive not 2days .. be aware

  As you are aware this item is dispatched using 2nd class Royal Mail postage. You purchased on Wednesday 17th and this would have been dispatched on the 18th on the next post run. We advertise it can take 2 days to dispatch. EBay advertises expected dates not the seller. You opened a claim. I explained this to you. You said we falsely advertised the product to you. You have been refunded, the item has now arrived to you free of charge. We will no longer sell to you.
