Decent, but unsteady and rickety
This pad seems decent for a cheap starter, but even when the head is as tight as I can get it, there's still movement after a short practice session. (As in, it leans to one side unless you hit it perfectly in the middle every time. Also, even more annoying, the stand's bolts aren't tight enough, so they create a very annoying, rickety noise (no matter what height it's set at).

Awful Paint Quality
The sticks are decent, but if you're buying them for the brand and/or ToP symbol and signature, don't bother. Literally came completely off after only a couple days of use.
