Great machine but only last 2 years

This machine is great. It leaves the house and air sanitized. Unfortunately, the company is not too helpful and my unit died after about 2 1/2 years so just be prepared to replace your machine every couple of years. It just seems to me for the cost of the unit it should last a bit longer.

A shaver worth every penny

I purchased this shaver not expecting much of an improvement over my previous Braun. I was pleasantly surprised! In the past I have used norelco and Braun shavers only to be frustrated and end up back with a blade because the electrics never seemed to do an adequate job of cutting the hairs on my neck. I have thick beard growth and my hair grows in every direction. I also tend to get ingrown hairs if I don't shave regularly so shaving becomes a chore. I decided to give this series 7 a try and hands down it's the best electric shave ever. There is no mess, no fuss. You just shave against the grain even if it means diagonally. Then the shaver cleans itself in the stand. Worth every penny. No waiting for water to heat up or replacing blades constantly. Give yourself a week or 2 for your skin to adjust. I hope this review helps. I rarely write reviews but this product deserves it.
