Wrong fittings
My mount came with mismatched screws. Either the screws didn't fit or there was one out of 2 that were correct. I had another mount that I had to take hardware from to make it work. Even worse, I ended up cross-threading one of the screws because it was the wrong thread type. I was severely disappointed in this major attention to detail.
