Works fine, but be aware of the limitations
This works as advertised. Be aware that newer operating systems may not be compatible. MacOS10.11 El Capitan is the last Mac that will send faxes. My new computer won't run 10.11. So I had to dig out my old Mac and downgrade the OS from 10.14 to 10.11. Downgrading is not hard but it means erasing the hard drive and performing a factory reset. Then download the modem drivers from US Robotics and follow the instructions. A little time consuming to get it all running, but it works.
