Great for my health and tastes good too.
This is my second bottle of Ceylon Cinnamon, though the first wss from a different vendor. Focusing on this one, I have found it to be excellent at reducing my somewhat high blood pressure (140+/80) and racing purle rate (98 ppm when I started, 60 ppm now) The product looks and tastes like powdered cinnamon,, and I have several times opened a capsule and sprinked it on my morning cereal. It tastes just right and no sugar needed. When This bottle is gone, I'll be back for more.
