Trash product. Defective software, impossible to use.
1 of 3 found this helpful iOS and Android apps do not work. If you try to configure this remote to use all the features - forget it. You are forced to do the firmware update. The firmware update always fails. Search around google - "Harmony Hub fails at 25%" - everyone who attempts to use this thing has the same problem. Update failures.
Try to update from PC? Same thing. Failure.
The Harmony Hub/Elite is a defective product by design. Looks great, but it's a resounding piece of junk.
If it actually worked, it would be a pratty cool piece of hardware.
Too bad Logitech is a garbage company putting out trash products.
