Artistic Adventure Puzzler
This game builds upon Giant Squids previous effort, Abzu, in almost every way. It shares the same beautiful art style, but the scope has been dramatically increased. While Abzu had very lightweight gameplay, The Pathless has an interesting movement mechanic with shooting arrows at energy spots around the world that give player momentum and speed. The puzzles involve using an eagle companion and shooting arrows (using mirrors and flames). It’s not overly complex, but ends up being quite satisfying. Fantastic game overall!
