Time waster, not a time saver - like owning a Model A Ford as a daily driver

I'd previously left a 4 star rating, but after owning the product for a few months it's marginal design and constant maintenance demands have surfaced. Be prepared to clean all moving parts (including brush axles) before each use.The other difficulty is the overall height is a bit too tall or too short, as it wedges itself under my cabinet overhang or bed rail and gets stuck. The "dumb" programming also gets confused in tight spaces, so it'll take 1/3 of the battery charge to get itself out a corner or under a bed, otherwise it gets frustrated and goes into error mode requiring manual restart. Unfortunately the maintenance demands and constant error modes make this a time-waster, not a time saver.
